Steward (Daily Worker)

• Hospitality background or relevant
• Primary School Education
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and cleaning, and detailing equipment
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
• Ability to maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and back area in an inspection-ready condition by local authority and hotel guidelines
