Job Descriptions

• Take full responsibility for dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and request for information about Plaza Ambarrukmo
• Announce the program at Plaza Ambarrukmo
• Make recommendations related to solving customer issues

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any discipline
• Age max. 27 years old
• Fluent in English and Computer literature
• Height 170cm for Male, 160cm for Female
• Good appearance, good communication skills, polite, friendly
• Willing to work shifts and public holidays
• Applicant must be willing to work in Yogyakarta
