FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Job Description : 

• Oversees the performance of all Outlet Managers by providing guidance and assistance on their responsibilities and helping them set objectives.
• Direct and controls day-to-day operational matter that is handled on time and guest expectations are met.
• Ensures standards of Food and Beverage meet or exceed expectations by overseeing the quality, consistency, and presentation in all outlets and making sure that they conform to the hotel's requisites at all times.
• Ensures that the standards of service in all outlets are requisite standards of the hotel and that they meet or exceed expectations by sending staff or training, etc.
• Responsible for all food and beverage pricing, maximizing outlets' profitability while maintaining value-for-money principles.

Requirements :

• Excellent English Language skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to handle demanding workload.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same or related position
